Syrian government agree to a Turkish company to set up an oil refinery based on natural asphalt

The term of the production of the project 30 years and the share of the Syrian side, 40% of the total project revenue and the Syrian side will provide the raw material asphalt and will serve 175 workers and investment value of 80 million euros.
