Allaw entrusted new powers to his aides and general managers of the Ministry’s Establishment

Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources, Sufian Allaw issued decision which entrusts to his assistants in the ministry, within its competence signing books and correspondence approved by the ministry itself to its affiliates

.

He entrusted to the Deputy Minister for oil affairs to refer the terms of reference books and received from the Economic Commission to the concerned authorities and signing books against projects to the Committee of the pieces.

In another decision minister to the general managers of the Ministry’s establishments various powers, including: granting special leave without pay for employees in their organizations and associated companies in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, and reset the temporary workers in their organizations and associated companies in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 62 of 2011, and also address those with the exception of the ministries.
