The First International Gas Conference

The First International Gas Conference was inaugurated in Homs on 10th. of  May 2005 and continued its activities till May 12th. The conference specialized researches from several Arab and foreign countries focused on “ The Strategies of Gas in Syria”, “Natural Gas Technology”, “Natural Gas Excavation” and other issues.

The conference called for directing gas investments in chemical and petrochemical industries as well as using remote sensing technologies in operations of petrol drilling.
