Syria Shell Co-Sponsors the 2nd Expatriates Conference
12-13 May 2005
Under the Patronage of H.E. the president Dr. Bashar Al Assad, the Ministry of Expatriates held the Second Expatriates Conference on 12-13 May 2005.
The aim of the conference is to activate an increased dialogue with the Syrian expatriates to help boost the Syrian economy, and to mobilize their efforts to support future reform in Syria.
Participants in the conference were professionals and experts from the Syrian communities around the world, official representatives of the Syrian Expatriates Organizations, and their counterparts from various sectors in Syria.
