Syrian company for gas distribution sells 55797 empty cylinders during the first quarter 2008

Eng. Maarouf Alia Syrian general manager of the company of gas distribution said that the to total sales by the company during the first quarter of this year of liquefied gas 227 thousand tons with avarage of implementation reach to / 92 / percent.

Alia said during a meetings followed the implementation of business plans and investment and productivity for the first quarter than in 2008 for companies affiliated to the Ministry of Oil that the sale of empty gas cylinders sold amounted / 55797 / 12 kg cylinder capacity as the company’s total purchases of liquefied gas 232 thousand tons, of which about 122 Tons and imported 110 thousand tons from local sources with total gas cylinders filled cylinder about 18 million equivalent 99% of the scheme.
Regarding to the execution rate of the investment plan Alia explained that the total actual expenditure on projects investment plan of about 233 million Syrian pounds.
