Shell Company participated in Women Leaders Summit in Modern Syria, Arab World and International Community Which was held under the patronage of Dr. Dyala Haj Aref Minister of work and social affairs in Four Seasons Hotel in 14-16 May.

International VIPs and interest persons participated in the Summit in addition to some workers in governmental ,private and Academic sectors as well as International and civil society organizations and provide chance for meeting and cultural secessions to create dialogue chances between all participated Sectors and experts exchange locally and Internationally.

In this context Aesha Bin Braik the Regional Manager of HR in Shell Dubai presented Shell International and Middle East experience and policy about local resources and developing HR through trainings based on future and current needs within integral team between Management and HR and Employees department .

She highlighted the difficulties faced by local resources in Middle East towards Education and training and work on workshops about oil and gas to support this sector.
