GPC … Ambitious Plans and positive results

General Petroleum Corporation adopted since its establishment and distinctive ambitious plans to manage oil and gas sector in Syria .
It sought to achieve and implement its agenda for last period .During the FY2010 the GPC and its related companies has implemented the production and investment plans with good implementing rate as follows:
Crude oil Production : 105 %
Gas Production : 115%
Producing of 67000 tons of Domestic gas with daily production of 744 tons
Sulfur production 4000 t0ns with daily production of 40 tons a day .
Investment Plan 17% .. Investing Spending 3.18 billion SP. plans are to implement 18.6 billion SP. in 2010
Total Dugs Meters 106594 meters 12725 of them are Exploratory ( 8 wells, 93869 meters and production dug 25 wells)
Implementing of 347 km length (Two-dimensional Survey ) and 530 km (Three-dimensional Survey)
Russian TatNeft achieved commercial discovery in Deir al-Zour south al-Kamsheh .. 1st well is in production since 1/4/2010
Companies’ contributions in oil Total General Production in Syria with best rate for Syrian Petroleum Company by 50 % :
Its worthy to note that these achievements are positive indicators for GPC and related companies ‘ work to achieve aims and plans to support national economy.
