In cooperation between “Intilaaqah Syria ” program for enterprises Pioneers –Global Shell Company and Syrian scientific Society –Hama , a presentation about “Intilaaqah Syria ” for Youth’ own projects Support in Conference room at Dar Assad for Culture in Hama on Sunday 25th April .

Lina Abdulkhaleq director of ” Intilaaqah Syria” program presented detailed review about the program highlighting its aims and trainings and other services that are provided to enterprise pioneers to carry out their own projects.

Eng. Majid Adel al-Barsheini Head of Hama Branch of SSS welcomed this cooperation highlighting the program’s importance in capacity building and developing needed skills of enterprise pioneers stressing that cooperation between governmental ,scientific and private bodies as an main part in integral and successful

This event is a part of expanding plan of the program to provide services in all around Syria.

“Intilaaqah Syria” is a social initiative of Syria Shell Petroleum Development to provide technical support and help young people interested in serious Syrian in establishment of their projects which is a belief from the company of the importance of developing the skills of Syrian youth as an essential part of its responsibility towards the development of Syrian society in general and support small and medium enterprises in particular.

The program aims to encourage young people to consider the option of Syrian self-employment and entrepreneurship, and give young people wishing to establish small projects the opportunity to benefit from past experience in this area and gain experience necessary for a successful small project which provides employment opportunities for them and others as well.

Memorandum of understanding was signed in 2008 between the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and Syria Shell Petroleum Development support of the Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources of the launch of the (starting) in Syria, where Syria Shell funding for training courses in entrepreneurship.
