Under a slogan ” How to be an owner of a Successful Project ” Syria Shell for Petroleum Development In cooperation with Syrian scientific Society the 2nd training for t “Intilaaqah Syria ” at al- Baath University on Sunday 25th April .

Training of one week includes workshops and lot of lectures about “establishing and Management of small and middle projects ” in addition to many other subjects contribute to increase Youth awareness towards the importance of entering new private projects world and have needed science and knowledge through integral courses provide by Intilaaqah Syria ” program which is studied in many Arab and Foreign States.
25 persons participated in this Training from NGOs and Governmental Sectors.

The program job is not only providing youth by training skills but also providing sustainable instructions and continuous following up for enterprise pioneers through especial instructing sessions and discussing work plans provided by enterprise pioneers during training and ways of developing it to suit with the Market environment and demands.
At the beginning of the Training Lina Abdtulkhaleq director of ” Intilaaqah Syria” program said about the 2nd Training in Homs that is an inevitable results of the Success of the 1st one that was carried out in October 2009 in al-Baath University .. and due to Shell interest in local society development and developing Human Resources it seeks to add additional activities and Trainings to include all Syrian cities .. We are glad to say that what we present this Program to more than 450 trainees from the St art of the program.

“Intilaaqah Syria” is a social initiative of Syria Shell Petroleum Development to provide technical support and help young people interested in serious Syrian in establishment of their projects which is a belief from the company of the importance of developing the skills of Syrian youth as an essential part of its responsibility towards the development of Syrian society in general and support small and medium enterprises in particular.

The program aims to encourage young people to consider the option of Syrian self-employment and entrepreneurship, and give young people wishing to establish small projects the opportunity to benefit from past experience in this area and gain experience necessary for a successful small project which provides employment opportunities for them and others as well.

The program was established as Shell, “Live Wire” is an international initiative developed by Shell around the world, where the program is working in many countries in the world and Arab countries (Egypt – Oman – Libya – Qatar – United Arab Emirates).

Intilaaqah Syria” started under the patronage of Syrian social Affairs Ministry the 1st annual competition for choosing successful samples of enterprises Pioneers either were from those who graduated from the program or not.

This annual competition aims to award the initiating atmosphere between enterprises Pioneers Of young people and encourage them to continue their projects ..so that Shell will give a ceremony to award them.
