Allaw visited oil fields of Deir al-Zour oil company .. discussed company’s current year plan.. Qaddor : training national staffs to replace the foreign ones

Eng. Sufian Allaw minister of oil and mineral resources visited al-jafra field of Deir al-Zour Oil Company by which some gas quantities are shipped to Gas Investment Plant in Deir al-Zour with production power of 25 million cubic meters a day.

The minister toured al-Jafra field and look on the 3rd phase of water injecting in Oil Wells which will be increased in Wells to 90.000 barrel a day.

Allaw was as well as briefed by Dr. Feras Qaddor Head of Deir al-Zour oil company Board about the company’s plan for 2010 and the most important projects that are carried out by it to cut the lack of production and implementing plans.
Qaddor said that the most important steps carried out by the company are training national staffs to replace the foreign ones gradually this year.

 
He highlighted the steps taken by the company to safe environment and adhered world standards in this field.
Allaw as well as discussed with ,Jean-Louis Barjolle Managing Director Total E&P Syrie and Deir al-Zour Oil Company the work reality of the company in Syria .

Deir al-Zour oil Company and Total E&P Syrie carried out many procedures to safe environment like Waste Management ,reducing gas firing and training Staffs.

Deir al-Zour oil company is a joint venture and last year started to replace about 107 km length main export route from the station Jafra extended to the second station . It stated in last October by replacing 17 km of the main export and will end in July.

Dr.Hassan Zeinab Oil Minister assistant particpated in the tour along with , Eng.Ali Abbas General Director of PGPC ,Omer al-Hamad G.Manager of SPC ,Eng.Hussain Waddaa G.Manager of SGC, and Eng. Khalil Assaid Operation Director in GPC.
