Arab Petroleum Investment Corporation APICORP Board assembled in its 1st meeting in 2010 in Jeddah with the participation of Eng. Sufian Allaw Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources and representatives of member states and executive Head and Ahmad al-Nuaimi APICORP GM.

The Company’s general assembly will hold its 34th meeting on Sunday to adopt the Board 34th annual report and final announcements for year that end in 31st Dec 2009.

The assembly will discuss the scheduled subjects about financing activities of the company related to arranging financing debts for Oil, Gas and Petrochemical projects industry in Arab Countries and the investment activity related to company’s contributions in Capitals for oil and gas projects and other related industries in Arab states.
The assembly will as well as discuss the finance reports of the company for period of 1st Jan to March 2010 in addition to Treasury activities.

APICORP is one of the Arab companies emanating from the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) and contribute to the capital of the ten Member States of the Organization, which, including the Syrian Arab Republic, which was established under an international convention signed in November 1975 and is headquartered in Saudi Arabia.
