In its continuous seek to Develop small and micro project and sustainable development ,Total E&P Syrie held a ceremony for graduate the 2nd group of trainees of Aim ‘al-Hadaf ‘ Center Project for Training and small and Micro Projects development in Deir al-Zour .

David Varge Project’s Director in Deir al-Zour said that 18 trainees have graduated in the 2nd group that started in 24th of last January some of them are running shops and small projects and new projects adding that the training last 4 weeks on main skills in managing businesses and lack of awareness of chances to develop projects created a crucial need to this project that includes training programs along several weeks that provide the trainees by the keys of skills and human resources management and Pricing, competition, credit and saving polices.

He added that 22 trainees graduated from the 1st training that ended in last November . and five more training will be conducted during this year with continuous work for developing training programs and enhancing trainees’ abilities in addition to trainings programs for projects beginners and establishing of mobile unite for villages in addition to economic and commercial consultants for commercial projects.

Denis Becq joint investments and activities director in Total E&P Syrie and Suheir Shaheen Head of Sustainable Development Department in Total E&P Syrie delivered certificates to the trainees .

The ceremony was attended by Abdul Naser Sultan Planning Director in Deir al-Zour , Bassam al- Rajab Head of Innovation and Work developing Center in Deir al-Zour , Wesal Awak Regional director in Beadaia in Eastern Area and number of Directors in Total E&P Syrie.

Aim ‘al-Hadaf ‘ Center Project for Training and Micro Projects development in Deir al-Zour has been opened last August in cooperation between Total E&P Syrie .. and State Planning Body, UNDP.
