Two Syrians Researchers Dr. Walid Fares and Dr. Mohammed Khair Abdulwahed the employee of Nuclear Energy Body have win Abdulsalam Prize for Geology Young Researchers due to their distinctive researches in Geology.

Dr. Ibrahim Othman Nuclear Energy Body GM awarded the winners after their works were evaluated by specialized committee.

 
The Price is 1000$ presented by the Pakistani Researcher ‘s Family Mohammad Abdus Salam Nobel Prize Laureate in Physics. He founded International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Trieste, in the North-East of Italy also founded the Third World Academy of Sciences.

Dr. Ibrahim Haddad Primer’s consultant for Energy affairs said that the Prize 2009 will be go to Physics and chances are available during January and February for Syrian Researchers under 45 years to participate in the competition.

Haddad added that all participants can participate from 1/1/ 2010 till 1/3/2011 by post to Damascus –Kafer Susa –Cabient –Dr Ibrahim Haddad .
