Syria produces 102 million barrel of oil during the first nine of months of 2009 with range of 375.000 barrel a day

Syria has produced 102.630 million barrel of oil during the first nine of months of 2009 compared with planned 100.605 million barrel with execution average of 375936 barrel a day with a decrease by 3558 barrel a day in the same period in last year.

 

 

The meeting of following up the production and investment plans of oil Companies uncovered that SPC executed its plan by 101 % by producing 54.954 million barrel compared with planned 54.519 million barre;51.325 million barrel heavy oil, 3.629 million barrel light oil along with condensates with daily production of 201297 barrel a day wit an increase average by 747 barrel a day compared with the same period in last year.

 
The company distributed the rest of its production to Operating Companies in Syria /al-Furat, Deir al-Zour,Awdah, Kawkab ,Hayan and Dijlah/.

 

 

The Company’s spending on its investments projects was 7.618 billion SP. With execution average by 98 % .the spending includes the E&P projects and investments, Replacing, modifying projects and workers’ residences and the Central Administration Buildings.
