Shell Road Safety Campaign in the Middle East Presented by Basil Shaaban – Formula 3 Euro Series driver & UN World Youth Ambassador for Road Safety 6:00 – 8:00pm of Monday 9th november in At the Arabic Culture Center – Kafar Souseh.

Syria Shell invited the representatives from Interior and transportations ministries and to the managers of oil companies and NGOs and students .. the invitation is for the Syrian Cars Club and local press.

 
The Middle East has the world’s highest per-capita road fatality rate between 15-29 years of age, and it is this age group that a professional Arab formula driver like Basil can influence the most. In conjunction with his on-circuit professionalism and sense of responsibility, where safety standards, procedures and technologies play a critical role, Basil aims to promote a more sophisticated level of safety awareness and implementation on the Middle East’s public roads.
