Awdah Oil Company held its board annual meeting that discussed the difficulties that face the work and the 2009 work plan and the need of work in 2010.

Eng. Younes al-Ali Head of Board stressed the importance of the reviewing of the company’s activities during the current year and discussing the visions of the proposals plans for the next year that reflect more success and prosperity on the company.

The participants discussed the agenda and giving their notes and recommendations for accelerate the work in the company .

Awdah company is a joint venture between the GPC and Chinese SINOPEC.
Chinese SINOPEC announced last August the establishing of Syria SIPEC Ltd to replace Candian Dublen as a partener of GPC in Awdah and Tishreen Oil Companies.
