Mahroukat: Diesel, Fuel, and gas reserves is in its super state

Eng. Abdullah Khattab Mahroukat GM. Stressed that diesel consumption cut down from 550 million liter in October 2008 to 450 million liter in October 2009 adding that at the beginning og This month and the start of rains we suppose that diesel demand will increase and we are ready to all assumptions.
He added that our preparations for the coming Witer includes all sorts of derivatives like gas.. we have sufficient cylinders of gas as well as fuel and we provide all plants and establishments by these materials.
Khattab said that benzene consumption was increased during October by 11% compared with October 2008 due to the increase of Cars and holidays .. the consumption was 185 million liter compared by 165 million liter in October 2008.
He added that Mahroukat started to distribute new kind of diesel which is friend for environment for the internal transportations in Damascus it is free of Sulpher and smoke due to its full burning.. he added that this substance will be distributed to other Provinces in Syria.
Khattab said that the cost of the new kind of Diesel is higher than the natural one as it is sold by 22 SP.
