Allaw: The Law / 26 / aims to simplify the procedures for granting and renewing licenses Quarry in line with the technical, economic and administrative development

President Bashar al-Assad issued Law No. 26 of 2009 governs the operation of quarries for the extraction of raw materials and investment and materials Quarry and conditions for granting and duration of licenses for the right of the State that materials and raw materials Quarry invested and the fines imposed on unauthorized investment.

Eng. Sufian Allaw Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources Said, Law No. / 26 / in 2009 to replace Decree 253 issued in 1935 aimed at regulating the investment of all materials and mining Quarry in line with the technical, economic and management development by various sectors producing and consuming raw materials prices.
