Mahmoud Abduljalil HR Manger in Oil Ministry said that the Ministry make use of the experience of International operating Companies that are contracted with SPC in HR area and ways of managing it.

The total Number of the Ministry workers is 45680 distributed on five classes. The first class is 7308 workers including 5200 engineers.

Abduljalil indicated that the absence of some Engineers during last years after the gambol in Oil Prices and the increase of engineers traveling outside to Gulf States especially Qatar.. the Ministry asked the Cabinet for additional engineers about 1151 to meet the Ministry demands.
