Syrian Company for storage and distribution of petroleum products (Mahroukat) sold during the first half of this /4.266/ million cubic meters of different kinds of white derivatives petrol, diesel – kerosene fuels.

The total sales of oils and greases of mineral, fuel, and asphalt, coke, Subaru Legacy Spirit and solvents 3.407 million tons, bringing the total sales to 6.883 million tons, both internally and externally, while the total domestic purchases to 5.201 million tons and imported 1.701 ton, bringing the total quantity purchased, internally and externally to 6.902 million tons.

 
The company sources indicated that the importation of fuel oil fell to less than half of the plan where the company planned to import 1654550 cubic meters and is actually imported 650,557 cubic meters as a result of rationalization of consumption and the conversion of some industrial facilities to work on fuel smuggling as well as reduced dramatically and the weather improved.

 
The value of total sales executed during the period 124.923 billion Syrian pounds as the total purchases amounted to 19.495 billion pounds, including 26.985 billion S.P any third-party purchases, the value of the company’s overall sales have increased the value of purchases for the period due to lower prices of oil derivatives from the local refineries and lower Import from plan and thus lower the value of imports.
