AFPC made an honoring ceremony for graduated of the first batch of engineers trained in al-Warda Center for Rehabilitation and Training in Deir al-Zour.
Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources Eng. Sufian Allaw said the ministry since 2006 adopted a new policy for the rehabilitation of cadres working in the oil companies, which rely on the new graduates have been counted 1150 engineers

During the past three years, oil companies work on rehabilitation in the workplace and the training program was adopted at al-Warda Center for training programs and that includes the lifting of the global efficiency of the trainee on the increase in the skill of English and raising the level of efficiency of the theoretical, practical and action will be taken to graduate annually At least 50 engineers in addition to a similar number of graduates from technical institutes and Homs Rmelan field and Tim in Deir al-Zour.

 
Said Heneidi, board chairman of the AFPC and general manager of Syria Shell Ola Michaelstad said in their speeches that they were entitled to the company’s celebration of the successful graduates of training courses that ensure transfer of expertise to new engineers in AFPC and trained in modern techniques in the field of oil and gas, indicating to the importance of this training for human resource development in the company.

al-Warda Center for Training and Rehabilitation was opened in 2005 and joined in 2007 about / 58 / engineers of the new graduates in which trainees are subject to training materials in line with international standards for oil and gas industry and the training program includes a two-year training on health, safety, the environment and developing the skills of the trainees in the English language and subjecting them to training programs for the theoretical and practical knowledge on techniques used in the oil and gas sites are then deployed in the second year on the work sites in accordance with the rules of the Technical Committee and the practice of the practical work by 300 different training missions .

The Center also receives two sessions during the past year and current.
