New directorate in Oil Ministry responsible for cooperation with GPC in Service Contracts with Foreign Companies

Eng. Sufian Allaw Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources issued a decision for incorporation Contracts and purchases’ Directorate in Law affairs directorate which became Contracts and law affairs directorate.

The new directorate is responsible for preparing and check law and legislative decrees drafts, decisions drafts ,administrate orders ..etc.. in addition to its responsibility for cooperation with GPC in Service Contracts with Foreign Companies.

The Directorate contains three departments : Law Studies dept. Legislative and Causes dept. and Contracts and purchases dept.

Mrs. Maysaa Maetouq is nominated as the director of the new Directorate. She was the director of Contracts and purchases Directorate since 2001.
