In cooperation between Total E&P Syrie and Association For Amateurs of Serious Music Echo, The Opera Theater presented The Third Annual Gala Concert by The Syrian National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Missak Baghboudarian participated by number of Syrian expatriates Artists.
Along two hours , the Orchestra moved its huge audience of diplomatic members and Syrian officials as well as fans, to special atmosphere of excitement through international music Concerts like Antonio Carlos Gomez “Il Gurany Overture”, Fritz Kreisler “Liebesleid & Liebesfreud”, “On The Sea Waves “, Longa Nahawand, Gioachino “Aria From Barber Of Seville”, Giovanni Mozart “Wofgang Amadeus”, etc.
The Syrian National Symphony Orchestra was founded by the late Solhi al-Wadi in 1993 as a logical continuation of the work of students and teachers at the High Institute of Music, also founded by him in 1990.
Total E&P Syrie supports Echo’s musical activities since the First Annual Gala Concert in 2007. Total as well as support Echo’s efforts to develop sustainable cultural music movement in Syria in addition to supporting and encouraging Syrian Musicians, Orchestra and societies.
