Eng. Sufian Allaw Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources said that Minister of Economy increased the commission of fuel sell to stations and oil distributing centers that gave 2 Syrian Pounds as a commission per fuel tank of 20 liter /10 Syrian Cent a liter.

Allaw added that Oil Contracts with foreign companies don’t include text bind operating companies to offer financial aid to town or administrative bodies… he said that if the companies were bind to any expenditure out of the contract texts, the money will be considered as a retriever expenditures paid by SPC indicating that sometimes the companies offer some aids not as retriever expenditures .
