Eng.Sufian Allaw Oil and Mineral Resources Minister stressed that Qualified Human Resources in oil sector noting to the importance of coherence of staffs and managers in increasing trust among them and have positive impact on the work.

Allaw stressed in a meeting with al-Omar filed’s staff on increase Oil Production of this field through Training and rehabilitation of work staffs to overcome the lack of production.

He added that Public Petroleum Company will stat its work on 1/6.

He indicated that al-Furat Petroleum Company’s Production was 400.000 barrel a day in 1996 with workers fewer that the present number by 50% while the present daily production of the company doesn’t exceed 100.000 barrel.
