IPR company announced the discovery of oil in al_Rashid wells in Deir al- Zour .. Allaw: current production from the well reach to 1450 Barrel

IPR Egyptian-American Company announced that it has achieved an oil discovery in the ” al_Rashid 1 well in Kesra where the company make many exploration for several years.

Eng. Sufian Allaw Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources said in field visit to the area part of a tour in number oil and gas installations in the province that the current production from the well up to 1450 barrels per day will be invested, including 750 barrels per day in order to maintain the testing program as the economic and technical studies.

 
Allaw mentioned that the company has other extensive land in the Abu-Khachab and al-Bishri for exploration, and expressed the hope that this company and other companies new discoveries and help to increase production and contribute to the support of the national economy.

Allaw also noted during his visit to the field of Tim’s al -Furat oil and the oil ministry has proposed the establishment of the Institute for the average occupations of oil in this location due to the presence of many infrastructure and places to stay and the holding of workshops and practical training and the proximity of the site from the University of al-Furat , which contains the two faculties of engineering of oil and petrochemical industries, he said that the objective of the establishment of the Institute is to support the eastern region and the absorption of large numbers of people in useful studies are consistent with the wealth of the region.

 
Oil Minister discussed with Hussein Arnous the Governor of Deir al-Zour the reality of the oil in the province and ways to make the best use of grants made by some oil companies to keep projects and service development and implementation of rehabilitation programs and training is in the interest of the people of the province.

Allaw also inspected gas compressor station of the Deir al-Zour Petroleum company al-jafra which transfer gas to the gas investment plant Deir al-Zour limits of production capacity 15 million cubic feet.
