In cooperation with Total E& P Syrie … the launch of the East Pioneers competition on Thursday, in Deir Al-Zour

Syrian Young Entrepreneurs SYEA held a news conference Thursday organized to launch of the East Pioneers competition in Deir Al-Zour in cooperation Total E& P Syrie in Masaya club In Deir Al-Zour.

During the conference that will be attended by a number of businessmen and managers of companies, banks and representatives of the SYEA and the sponsoring company, there will be the formal announcement of the receipt of applications for the duration of the progress of the competition from the provinces of al-Raqa ,Hasakeh and Deir Al-Zour, which will start on 18/4 and continues until 31/5 and after it is verified requests and harmonization of the conditions to enter the competition applicants who have achieved the conditions within the competition and thus the idea for the pioneer competition the ten projects will be displayed to the candidate of the judging panel, which will award the best idea of the amount of one million Syrian pounds, in 4/10/2009.
It is the first time are East pioneers competition is held in Deir Al-Zour, which is to maintain second in the organization of the competition after Damascus.
It should be noted that the Total E& P Syrie is a branch of French group Total, which began work in Syria in 1988 in the governorate of Deir Al-Zour, after the signing of production sharing agreement in December 1988.
The company began production in 1990 through the establishment of a working (the Deir Al-Zour Petroleum company in partnership with the Syrian Petroleum Company.
