Qatar inaugurated the biggest international gas project by 13 billion dollars

Qatar inaugurated in Ras Laffan city “Qatar 2 ” project which is the biggest natural gas project in the world. This line is one of four natural liquid gas line which will be started work this year.
This project will cost 13 billion dollar and will include developing two lines for natural gas liquefaction and three stores in addition to energy generating facilities and fleet contains 14 ships for natural liquid gas transportation.
Gas transportation will be to south hock port to export natural liquid gas in Britain which will be open on next May.
According to the project, Qatar will provide Britain with 20 % of its need of natural gas through South hock.
This project will help Qatar to achieve economic growth may exceed other Gulf cooperation council this year.
