Syria Shell provides an explanation of the “Intilaaqah Syria ” to students of Economics Faculty in Damascus University

In cooperation with Damascus University and Syria Shell Petroleum Development, and with the presence of Dr. Wael Moulla, President of Damascus University, Syria Shell presented it’s strategic programme for supporting entrepreneurs “Intilaaqah Syria “ at the Faculty of Economics, on Wednesday 18/3/2009.

 

Dr. Wael Moulla welcomed the Dean of The Faculty Dr. Mohamed Naser; Shell representatives and the students. In his speech Dr. Moulla explained the remarkable concern given by the University to develop it’s graduates through upgrading the educational programmes, continuous partnership with International Universities, International organizations and NGO’s, aiming to enhance the knowledge and develop the skills of students to meet the competitive international and local market demands .

 

Dr. Moulla highlighted the continuous cooperation between Damascus University & Syria Shell, which reflects the concern and well of both entities to support the university students and graduates in many ways. Intilaaqah Syria is an effective programme which project youth to entrepreneur world and introduce the them to the concept of (free business Market) & (Privets Business) in order to enhance the national economic environment and support small & medium enterprise in succeeding in their businesses.

 

Mr. Sleiman – Deputy General Manager welcomed the audience and thanked Dr. Moulla for his continuous support & cooperation wishing that Syria Shell different social projects would contribute in developing the local community.

 

Ms. Leena Abdul Khaleq Project manager gave a presentation on Intilaaqah Syria explaining the projects objectives, training courses and free of charge services provided to trainee , the presentation followed by discussion
