He added that the consumption of diesel oil during the first month of this year fell by 40 / / percent compared with the first month of last year, diesel consumption fell during the month of February 2009 / 44 / percent compared to February last year with a consumption of about / 1.2 / billion liters fuel during the first two months of this year while consumption during the first two months of 2008 to / 2.1 / billion liters.
