Oil Minister discusses with Polish Ambassador means of cooperation in production of phosphate

Eng.Sufian Allaw Oil an mineral resources Minister discussed with the Ambassador of Poland in Damascus Syrian phosphate exports to Poland and the possibility of developing relations of cooperation, so as to import phosphate by Polish factories directly, and offer cooperation to establish a joint venture for the manufacture of phosphate in Syria.

 

Allaw  as well reviewed aspects of cooperation in the field of oil, and pointed to a Pulonip figures working in the field of oil services, noting to the importance of the Arab Gas Pipeline, which can contribute in linking the network after the Turkish export of gas to several European countries including Poland.

 

 

He called on Polish companies to partecipate in the tenders announced by the oil companies.

 

On his part Ambassador pointed out that his country is striving to find new sources of energy, particularly in gas, and seeking to import from Arab countries including Qatar, Algeria, and had great hopes on the possibility of benefiting from the Arab gas pipeline linking the Turkish network, expressing his country’s desire to enter the oil market, particularly the Syrian one.
