Unusually Syria-oil received correspondence from some of engineers in the field of life of the al-Furat Petroleum company on a positive meeting with management and responsiveness and listening with great attention to their problems and demands.

In order to communicate our work with oil companies and concerns and requirements to be in the hands of those who are always concerned care and attention all the difficulties experienced by workers and introduce appropriate solutions .. Syria-oil publishes this correspondence as received:

After the monthly meeting, held in al-Omar field at which discussion of the issues of security, safety and production assessment by one of the engineers intervened with the head of the Board of Directors of al-Furat company and reviewed the problems of engineers and technicians in the fields and addressed several topics including financial compensation and allowance equivalent experience etc. the response was remarkable attention from two sides:

 
First: flexibility shown by Chairman of afbc in the understanding of the issues raised and ways to cope with transparency with engineers to take their financial, administrative rights and thanked their ideal significant maintenance and speed of implementation.

 
Second , Chairman of afbc stressed on the principle of equal opportunities, rewarding and encourage staff and the need to take advantage of their experience, which has become a source of pride for our beloved homeland, where we now have a national cadre a true national wealth.

 
At the end of the meeting, Chairman of afbc said that his office is open to any proposals that would increase the pace of production and managers hoped that the deal is built on the basis of equivalent and better work of development, modernization and transparency look into the reality of access to the best of Our oil and our generous.
