Total: Saudi refinery will cost 12 billion $

Christophe De Marjuri Director General of French Oil Group Total valued the cost of Saudi al-jubail Refinery by 12 billion $ which was previously estimated by the company of more than 10 billion $.

De Marjuri said to the French Parliament in a rehearsal session that ” I said before that the accurate value couldn’t be known before apply tenders.
He hoped that the expenditures remain under control in spite of the high of the industry costs.
