Finance Ministry demand the collection of financial funds for Syrian Petroleum Company From UAE company Suva

the respondent company by the resolution to compel to pay for a plaintiff a sum of $ 46.650 thousand U.S. dollars to meet delay penalties and tax consular resulted of the contract subject of the case with interest the legal consequences of the said amount by 5% per annum from the date of the claim actually the year 2008 to meet full and the eligibility of the applicant to ensure the confiscation of the contract provided by the respondent on the merits of the case the contract issued by the Commercial Bank of Syria and the $ 14.026 thousand U.S. dollars.
The company by the resolution is committed to refund of the plaintiff, amounting to 3,500 pounds and include the respondent’s expenses and the inclusion of the two parties equally the expenses of experience.
FM pointed out that the provision of financial force of res judicata won after the rejection of the appeal submitted by the decision of the Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Administrative Court and requested an appropriate coordination with the Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources.
