Abdullah Khattab general manager of Mahrokat Venture said that more than 400 factories started to run by fuel instead of fuel oil because of price differences expected double local demand of fuel from 300 thousand tons last year to 600 thousand tons this year

Khattab added in a press briefing that the price of ton of boosted fuel is 6500 SP. Whereas its world price is 30 thousand SP.
But the ton of fuel oil 30 thousand SP. And its world price is 60 thousand SP.
He clarifies that price difference pushes most of factories convert to fuel.
Syrian Government raised price of the liter of fuel oil from 7 SP to 25 SP. That causes increasing in the costs of industries depend on this material.
