Investment Company for oil services of 395 million Syrian pounds

Syrian Investment Authority agreed that the draft to serve the oil wellsis under the provisions of Legislative Decree No. / 8 / of 2007, through the establishment of a qualified and equipped company with the installation of modern techniques of oil.

National Company for oil services, limited liability, One of the Syrian oil service companies currently operating in Damascus countryside has made the project of the authority , which agreed to be under decree to encourage investment to benefit from the privileges and facilities contained therein, and subject to its provisions.

 
this decision refers to the initial data of the specific project so that the new company will sign twelve contract a year, the contracts for the rehabilitation of four wells, four decades on the machine Alcowyld Teo Ping, and this is more likely to be high-pressure machines that used in the treatment of mineral products in the crush Metal industries, building materials, chemicals and mineral extraction from the mines, etc.in addition to four other contracts for horizontally drilling.

 
the decision said that those of the Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources, is not committed to any action to secure the company’s request.

 
On the other hand the decision clarified also that the fixed and active company capital is up to a total of / 395. 252.000/ million SP. , more than / 350 / million pounds for machinery, equipment and transfer of modern media.
