Ukrgaztech Company seeks to enter Syrian Market and to establish distinguish gas business

A delegation from Ukrgaztech Company specializes in design, construction, renovation and modernization of any object of oil-and-gas transport system visited Syria during the two past days to present the company’s activities in preparation for its entering to Syrian Markets.

Dr.Eng.Hasan Alzahrawi Region Manager of UKR Gastech in Middle East General Manager of Scientific Tech- Researching and Consulting company said in a statement to Syria-oil that a delegation from the company met with Dr.Eng. Hassan Zeinab Deputy Minister of Petroleum and mineral resources in the attendance of Oleh Semenets Ambassador of Ukraine and Sergiy Filipenko Head of Economic section.

Dr. Zeinab stressed during the meeting the importance of Ukrainian industries in many areas especially oil and gas pointing out that oil ministry welcomed those companies wit broad opportunities in oil and gas operations in Syria.

For his part Dr.Eng.Sergiy Girenko General Director of UKR Gastech said that his company is specialized in design, construction, renovation and modernization of any object of oil-and-gas transport system operates in Ukraine ,Turkmenistan , Moldavia, Kazakhstan, and other markets and hopes to enter promising Syrian Markets through marketing the company’s high quality technical products and use the wide level experience of the company in oil and gas areas in gas pipelines and plants and compressors installment.

Dr. Alzahrawi said that moderating laws and legislations facilitates in investment areas encouraging Ukrainian companies to enter Syrian markets especially that these companies was already selling its products in Syria through other companies.

He indicated that he met Eng. Ali Abbas general manager of General Petroleum Corporation and discussed with him areas of cooperation.

The company was intending to present technical presentation for its activities at the presence of Oil and gas companies in Syria but it was postponed.
