Syria Intellaqah program held a training course in the province of Deir Ezzor with the participation of 22 trainees of the pioneers of the work in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Deir Ezzor where the session focused on how to create small and medium enterprises and methods of preparing project work plans and skills that must be met by manned business.

The course which will last five days include lectures about the priority of experience and skills to the success of projects and the importance of bright ideas, marketing and sales management and customer service and legal and financial management of projects for non-specialists and human resources management.

Lina Abdulkhaleq director of ” Intilaaqah Syria” program said that The course offers an approach training interactive divided into 40 hours, and covers the address important to focus on how the study of special projects and preparation and how to start by pointing out that the program offers in addition to training, annual competitions, local and regional best projects and ideas and an exhibition every year for the products of graduates to market their products and services and coordination with financial institutions, banks, business incubators to support small enterprises and entrepreneurs.

She added that the services enabling offered by the program include awareness campaigns for youth on entrepreneurship and self-employment and the establishment of small and specialized training programs for the development of skills of young people to establish and manage their small projects and provide advisory services after getting the training courses for projects newly established youth a sign that the program organized 29 training courses have benefited including approximately 600 leading and pioneering work in the governorates of Damascus, Homs, Hama, Deir Ezzor and succeeded them 110 people in the establishment of their own business.
It is worth mentioning that the Intilaaqah Syria program is a social initiative by the Shell Corporation – training was provided for free since its launch in 2008 to more than 525 trainees in Damascus, Homs, Hama and soon in the Deir Ezzor, on the establishment and management of special projects, small and medium successfully in accordance with the principles and concepts of global governance and the economy to encourage young people to enter the Syrian business free and create their own business, which promotes the economic structure in Syria.
