Syria, Iran Sign Gas Agreement
Syria and Iran signed an initial cooperation agreement in the field of gas. The agreement stipulates establishing a gas pipeline from Iran to Syria via Iraq, forming a workgroup comprising the three countries to prepare relevant initial studies and pursuing cooperation in the joint refinery project between the two countries and Venezuela.
