شركة بحرينية للخدمات البترولية تفتتح فرعاً في سورية بإدارةٍ سودانية

أودعتْ الشركة الوطنية للخدمات البترولية ، الخاصة والمحدودة المسؤولية ، والتي تأسست في مملكة البحرين الشقيقة ، وتتمركز في المنامة ، الوثائق والمستندات اللازمة لافتتاح فرع لها في دمشق ، وهي موقعة ومصادق عليها حسب الأصول ، أودعتها لدى دائرة الشركات الأجنبية ، في وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة ، التي منحتها شهادة بتسجيلها رسمياً في سورية .

 

وقد أوضحت الشهادة أنَّ غاية الشركة البحرينية هي تقديم خدمات وصيانة آبار النفط والغاز ، والخدمات المرافقة لها .

 

وكانت الشركة الوطنية للخدمات البترولية في المنامة ، قد عيَّنتْ السيد (أحمد محمد أحمد عبد القادر ) وهو من السودان الشقيق ، مديراً لفرعها في سورية .

 

وكان السيد محمد ناجي عطري ، رئيس مجلس الوزراء ، قد وافق على تعيين السيد عبد القادر – رسمياً – مديراً لفرع هذه الشركة في سورية ، والتي اتخذت من الفيلات الغربية في حي المزة بدمشق ، مقرّاً لها .

    RESPONSIBILITIES & Main Duties

    • To supervise and participate in the installation, repair and maintenance of all electrical equipment and related electrical elements of mechanical equipment located on the assigned jack-up off-shore Rig, covering AC distribution power and lighting systems, DC electric drive systems, control board, switch-gear assembly, SCR equipment, drilling instrument and control. To implement and follow up on preventive maintenance programmed and affect breakdown repairs as required.
    WORK PERFORMED

    1- Supervises assigned company and contract personnel engaged in Electrical maintenance and repair work on the assign Rigs.
    2- Responds to and investigate breakdowns, delegates work where possible
    3- Follows up preventive maintenance schedules to ensure adequate performance of equipment
    4- Participates in the installation of new equipment to ensure provision of adequate power to required locations
    5- Assesses repairs required to all equipment and components
    6- Participates in rig move activates by checking electrical items as per Rig move preparation list
    7- Participates with managers (Rig) B. Capt. And driller when shutting down of equipment is necessary, for safety reason
